I'm Bailee the founder of BareFacedCrew and a licensed esthetician in Fort Worth, Texas. I've never worn makeup in my life-- not because I have perfect skin, but because I have never felt the need to change the way I look. In a world obsessed with perfection and unrealistic beauty standards, I choose to embrace my natural skin, flaws and all. 

I started BFC, not to judge anyone who does wear makeup, but to show you that you don't need it to feel beautiful. I want more people to experience the freedom that comes with being comfortable in their own skin. So many of us are consumed by our insecurities, fixating on our natural, unique imperfections. Constantly told that we need to "fix" ourselves, and be perfect in order to be accepted, but true beauty is the way you embrace yourself, exactly as you are.

This brand isn't just about clothes for me, it's about confidence, self-love, and a movement towards authenticity. BareFacedCrew is a space for people who want to embrace their natural beauty, unapologetically.
